Your friends & family film the weekend, you drop the kit in any UPS using the prepaid return label, and our wedding cinematographers hand-edit your footage into a finished wedding film. Your friends & family. We recommend assigning a designated friend or family member — a bridesmaid, groomsman, or enthusiastic cousin — to operate the camcorder during key moments. For the rest, pass it around. The best wedding footage comes from the people who know you best.
Your kit ships to arrive 3–4 days before your wedding date — that gives you a Wedding Weekend window of about 7–8 days total. After your wedding, drop the prepaid return label at any UPS location within 72 hours. Round-trip shipping is always included. Need more time? Add Extended Rental (14 days) at checkout for $99 — perfect for destination weddings, multi-day events, or filming an engagement shoot beforehand.
Camcorder edits are delivered within 2–3 weeks of us receiving your footage. Super 8 takes 4–6 weeks because real film requires lab processing and hand-scanning. You'll receive your edited highlight film and all organized raw footage in a private cloud folder.
We build redundancy into every kit (extra batteries, extra memory cards). If equipment is damaged in normal use, we've got you. If the kit is lost in transit or by a guest, we'll work with you on replacement cost. We also carry insurance on every rental.
